This experience includes twenty-six years of self-employment as well as eleven years with Hargett Corporation, serving as Projects Director. Established The Larkin Group, LLC in January 2002. Management expertise in all aspects of coordinating projects including the bidding process, proposal development with design experts, negotiations with owners, developers and architects, on going project scheduling and cost analysis, owner relations and reporting, inspection and project close-out.

Forty-four years of experience as an Interior Designer. This experience includes her early design career with Contemporary Galleries and Hubbach & Co.. In 1979 she created Larkin Interiors Ltd., a full-service interior design firm and gallery. When The Larkin Group LLC was formed in 2002, she and her husband joined forces in order to offer a complete design/build team. She manages the Interior Design division of the company, and is experienced in all aspects of project design, client presentation and coordination. This includes space planning, fixture and finish specifications and furnishings.
